Welcome! 

I’m Big Steppa Uneek, the creator of Uneek Stepz.

I am a blessed and honored mother of seven  beautiful and talented children and a happily married wife to my partner in life, business, vision and in purpose. My children are my reasons “why” and my husband who supports and allows me to dream boldly and lead with intention is my “why the hell not.”

Always feeling the urge in inspire, I have found myself trying to better everything around me. From organization to functionality, from being a team player and often sacrificing when necessary—I have always strived for greatness in everything I do and every person I connect with.

Uneek Stepz was created from my lived experience—navigating life, motherhood, womanhood and self-care while learning to take up space without apology. I wanted to build something that felt safe, welcoming, and honest for people who don’t always see themselves reflected in traditional fitness spaces.

Music has always grounded me. It centers me, lifts me, and reminds me who I am when life feels loud. Through music and movement, I learned the power of presence—being connected to my body, my mind, and my truth. That connection shaped not only who I am, but the space I intentionally created—one rooted in freedom, expression, and authenticity.

I strive to lead with positivity and compassion, and I believe deeply that every person is enough exactly as they are. Growth doesn’t come from pressure or perfection—it comes from mindset, patience, and self-belief. Working toward a better version of myself mentally and emotionally is what has allowed me to become who I am today.

I’m truly blessed to be in this space—one where I can help others shift their mindset, reconnect with themselves, and recognize their own strength. Uneek Stepz is about creating space: for confidence, for healing, for joy, and for becoming. We do it all together, leaving IT, whatever IT is on the board and steppin into our best US.
